Traditionally, a chicken needs a piece of Tandoor meat soaked in yogurt and spices, then grilled in a cylindrical Tandoor oven. Most of us don’t, but you can still enjoy delicious Indian food in a regular oven.

- Collect the ingredients.
- Place the chicken breast on a cutting board, chop it into small pieces and place it in a large reusable plastic bag.
- Place all seasoned ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until a smooth, thick paste is formed. With fresh herbs, pepper makes the marinade red. If it’s not strong enough, add a drop of hood collar.
